Online students have 24/7 support for:

  • Learning to navigate the online learning environment
  • Using tools, such as discussion boards
  • Understanding how to upload and submit assignments
  • Troubleshooting issues experienced in the online learning environment

The Distance Education Help Desk CANNOT assist with:

  • Missing course content
  • Access to course content
  • Retrieving grades
  • Granting access to an assignment or test
  • Technical issues with your computer or internet connection

*If you have contacted your instructor and it has been more than 48 hours without a response, you may contact the Distance Education Help Desk to get assistance reaching your instructor.
