Admission to North Central Michigan College

The admissions department will help you through the application process. Your path will be unique depending on your student type. Choose the link below that fits your student type:


North Central Now! - High School Student/Concurrent Enrollment
 

Any High School Student (including Home Schooled High School Students) who want to attend North Central Classes.

New Students

 

Students who have never attended college before.

Truck Driver Program
 

Students who want to enroll in the Truck Driver Certificate of Development Program.  This link  is for students that have attended college or have never attended college and want to be enrolled in this program.

Former NCMC Students
 

Students who have taken classes at North Central in the past or students who have not attended North Central for two academic years.

Former Concurrent & Dual Enrollment /Direct Credit/Home Schooled Students
 

Students who have taken classes at North Central during high school.

Transfer Students
 

Students who have attended another college in the past, even if you don’t plan to use the credit at North Central.

Guest Students
 

Students who are taking a class at North Central to transfer back to their home college.

Non-Degree Seeking Students
 

Students who want to take a class at North Central, but do not want to earn a certificate or associate’s degree, e.g. PE 116/216AU.

International Students
 

Students who attend under various visa types, such as F-1.

California Young American Students
 

Students who are affiliated with the Young American School in California.

Community & Corporate Education
 

Non-credit short term courses for professional development or personal enrichment only. Financial aid not available.
