Off campus catered events will be charged a $1-$2/person service charge. 

 

Breakfast

The Continental

Fresh seasonal fruit, our choice of sweet breakfast treats (may include muffins, coffee cake, pastries), English muffin toast with butter and cream cheese, juice, coffee, tea
 

The Sunrise

Fluffy scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and ham with toast and coffee cake (or other breakfast sweet), juice, coffee and tea

Upgrade to “Omelet Eggs”- $1 -$2 per person

 

The Health Nut

Steel cut oats or oatmeal, simmered with brown sugar and a variety of dried fruits and nuts
 

Coffee Service

When you just want coffee, tea, or milk.

Lunch

Super Cobb Salad

A low tray of mixed salad greens with rows of delightful traditional Cobb salad toppings,  and a few non-traditional choices to delight your whole group…
chicken, shrimp, ham, boiled eggs, onion, cheese, Bleu cheese, peppers, broccoli, bacon and mushrooms
Served with assorted dressings and bread.
 

Soup and Bread

Choose one from any one of our homemade soups:
Fish Chowder, Bacon Cheeseburger Soup, Acorn Squash Bisque (in season), Cauliflower and Cheese, Bean with Ham, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Italian Wedding Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup or Beef Vegetable Soup.

Served up with our choice of bread, rolls, biscuits or cracker basket with herbed cheese spread.
Choice of two soups available

Chicken Pot Pie

A delicate mix of peas, carrots, onions, and chicken in a creamy sauce, baked in a one crust casserole.
Served with a tossed salad.
 

Wrap it up!

Let’s talk turkey! or ham, roast beef, tuna or chicken salad, on white and wheat wraps, with lettuce and appropriate dressings. Served with chips.
 

The Sandwich

A full loaf of garlic bread, smothered in bacon and melted mozzarella, layered with slices of baked chicken breast, red onion, spring mix, tomatoes and pesto mayonnaise.
Served with chips.

Dinner

Pork Loin Dinner

Rosemary roast pork loin (carved at the serving stations) 5-6 oz. per person, served up with mixed green salad with assorted dressings, choice of our signature rice pilaf or buttered red potatoes, mixed vegetables, rolls and butter.

(reserved for parties of 20 or more)

 

Chicken Breast Dinner

Baked skinless, boneless chicken breast, 4-6 oz. per person, topped with one of our signature sauces- Creamy Mushroom or Creamy Pesto, served with mixed green salad with assorted dressings, choice of our signature rice pilaf or buttered red potatoes, mixed vegetables, rolls and butter.
 

Beef Stroganoff

Strips of beef, simmered in a fragrant beef and red wine sauce, finished with sour cream, served over egg noodles. Includes a mixed green salad with assorted dressings, mixed vegetables, rolls and butter.
 

Pasta Rustica

Our choice of hearty pasta in a heavy Parmesan cream sauce, with chicken, sausage, shrimp, pepperoni, onion, tomatoes, spinach and roasted red pepper. Served with mixed green salad with assorted dressings, mixed vegetables and rolls and butter.
 

Market Prices prevail for Broiled or Poached Salmon, Steaks, Prime Rib, or Seafood.

North Central does not provide, serve, or sell alcoholic beverages.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from an outside vendor.

 

BARTENDER

One per 100 guest.
$18 - $20 per hour.
½ hour set-up and ½ hour clean up.
Two hour minimum.

Only North Central approved bartenders may be used.
Payment made directly to bartenders by cash or check at end of function.
