The Prep Cook’s primary responsibility is to prepare non-grill foods for Hot Dinner and Special Events as instructed by the Director of Food Service and Conference Center. Associate degree in computer information systems or Microsoft equivalent certifications. Two (2) years experience working with Microsoft based servers in a production environment. Working in conjunction with the IT department, the Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the wired and wireless network infrastructure and networrk servers in a Microsft and VMware enironment.
