NORTH CENTRAL MICHIGAN COLLEGE OFFERS FREE CNC EXPLORATORY COURSE

 

            North Central Michigan College’s Corporate and Community Education department is offering a two-week CNC Exploratory Course online at no cost.  Individuals interested in a new career in manufacturing are encouraged to complete the course to determine if it is what they want. There is no cost and no obligation. Once the CNC Exploratory Course is completed successfully, individuals may enroll in the “Just in Time” training module, which can be started at any time. Financial assistance may be available for the Just in Time training module.

  1. Go to ncmich.immerse2learn.com
  2. Click on New User Registration
  3. Click to register with Enrollment Code.
  4. Create profile. Click Submit Registration Information.
  5. Log in.
  6. Click green button Class Enrollment
  7. Enter Enrollment Code: JITW18.
  8. Complete assignments.

North Central and its industry partners have developed the courses you need in CNC (Computer Numerical Controls) mill and lathe machine operation and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) programming software.
