Pick up your Cap and Gown from the Campus Store or at Grad Fest 08 on March 10th and 11th.
Come to Grad fest and visit with vendors to find affordable supplies for your graduation celebration, order your class
ring, get an instant graduation audit, visit with the University center representatives and much more.
If you make any changes to your class schedule make sure you speak with the Registrar’s Office or you Counselor.
You are eligible to attend Commencement in May if you completed your requirements in December or plan on
completing them in May or July. If you cannot complete the requirements by the end of the semester you have selected
to graduate, please contact Wendy Fought to have your name removed from the list or changed to the correct
semester.

If you have any class substitutions or waivers ensure they are submitted to the Registrar’s office from your academic department.
If you receive “I” grades on your transcript, you must complete the required coursework by the end of the next semester
and contact the Registrar’s Office to have your record reevaluated for graduation. If you do not complete the class by
the end of the following semester, your grade will be changed to an “E” and you will be denied graduation.
Go to rehearsal 10:00 A.M. the morning of graduation and learn what to expect at the ceremony.
Come to the ceremony and enjoy your moment of recognition from the faculty and staff of North Central.

Get your diploma in the mail 6 to 8 weeks after graduation.
You will be presented with one diploma cover at commencement.
