Petoskey Campus

Friday is Professional Development Day on North Central’s Petoskey Campus. Join us for a half-day or full-day class. Bring your lunch or visit the college café. We’ll have coffee and snacks for you to enjoy during your workshops. This exercise program works the body from the inside out to create balance, ease of motion, strength, flexibility, and a strong physical core (back and abdominal).  Wear loose, comfortable clothing, no shoes.  Exercise pad, sticky mat, blanket or towel are needed.  If you have health issues or back problems, please consult with your physician before beginning this exercise program.

Beginning Yoga explores gentle movements to increase flexibility, strength and well-being. Students are led through stretches, yoga postures and breathing practices, and then guided into deep relaxation. Exercise pad, sticky mat, blanket or towel are needed.  If you have health issues or back problems, please consult with your physician before beginning this exercise program.  Instructor, Lisa Hepner is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor.
