Enrollment procedure for students transferring from other institutions Students who have previously attended another college or university should follow these steps: 1. Apply for admission. The Application for Admission is available online at www.ncmich.edu . There is no cost to apply. You will be notified of your acceptance status and student identification numbers by mail. 2. Request an official transcript from your college/university be sent to the NCMC Records Office. 3. Submit ACT or SAT scores, or take the COMPASS . You may be exempt from testing see the Catalog or ask Admissions. 4. Obtain Academic Advising . Meet with counselors or academic advisors to receive assistance in course selection and academic planning. Call Student Services for an appointment at 231.348.6605. 5. Register for Classes. Use your Student ID and PIN to access Online Registration at www.ncmich.edu. 6. Pay for Classes. Payment due dates are set and published on the web and class schedule each semester. Payment options are: pay in full at thecashier, make full credit card payment online, or enroll in FACTS payment plan. Your registration will be cancelled for non-payment if not recieved by the deadline date. OnLIne Services: Use the home page to access your class schedule, account and grades online. |
