What is the COMPASS assessment?

The COMPASS assesses your current skills in reading, writing, and math. It has been developed by the American College Testing (ACT) Company and is correlated with classes at North Central. The COMPASS is a computerized, untimed test. Your scores are reported immediately upon completion. The results give us mandatory guidelines for placing you in English and math classes.
