Payment of Classes:

Every semester there is an early registration period that offers a deferred payment date.
The date that payment is due can be found on the website under "semester payment dates"
or by calling the Business Office, 348-6609. As of that date, if payment for tuition has not been paid in full;
Financial Aid/Student Loans/Scholarships have NOT been verified; or if you are not enrolled with
The "FACTS" Payment Plan - ALL CLASSES WILL BE DROPPED. Keep in mind if your classes
get dropped for non-payment there is a possibility they could be full when trying to re-register.
If registering after early registration, then payment is due at the time of registration.

Payment Options:

(A)   If paying cash please bring the payment to the Business Office. 
We are located in the Admin/Classroom Building room 110.
Our hours are 8:30a.m.- 5:00p.m. Monday-Friday.
Summer hours are starting May 14th and are until August 17th
Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00 and Friday 8:30 - 12:00

(B) If paying with a check please pay in person or mail payment to:

C) If paying with a Credit Card, please pay online, on the phone, or in person.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

(D) If paying with Nelnet formerly “FACTS”, please enroll online.

To enroll online go to ncmich.edu, log in at the "Registration Screen," click on “My Account,”
and then click "pay with FACTS payment plan." The Nelnet payment plan is not offered for
the summer semester. Also, the Nelnet program only accepts MasterCard or Discover. 
After enrolling in Nelnet formerly "FACTS", please keep Margie (348-6803 ) informed of ANY changes that are
made to your account. An example of a change would be: dropping/adding a class, recently
received FA, address change, etc..
