Associate’s Degree required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Familiar with common computer operating systems.  Strong working knowledge of office software; familiar with databases for CRM and other email and calendar functions.  Five years related experience.  Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sensitivity to customers’ needs.   High level of organization, independent working ability, problem solving, and a positive / enthusiastic attitude.  Strong written and oral communication skills.

Assists with a variety of activities focusing on required administrative duties for Corporate and Community Education including: financial, secretarial, data management, grant reporting and organizational support. Duties include but not limited to: financial reporting and requests, clerical support, reporting to grant providers as needed, registration of students, course and section record maintenance, accounts receivable, customer service, client messaging, digital contact management, proof reading, assistance with correspondence, assistance with preparation and ordering of training and class materials and supplies, and other needed support activities as required by CCE Director.   Responsible for supporting the goals of CCE and the college in outreach to businesses and the community as they relate to training and non-credit educational programs.  For a complete job description, click here.

Food Services Part-Time Supervisor (afternoon/evening shift)

Requires High School diploma or equivalent, two (2) years food service and supervisor experience.  ServSafe certification or certifiable within 6 months.

The Food Service Set-Up Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of food service staff, particularly in the area of coordinating room set ups for functions.  Responsible for studying event schedules in advance and maintaining communication with Director and Assistant to the Director of Food Service and Conference Center to arrange chair/table/equipment set up and tear down, and communicating those schedules to student employees. Salary Range: $55,025 - $64,371 As stated in the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement - on the College's website. Initial appointment typically does not exceed the fifth step of the scale at the appropriate degree level.  This is a forty-four (44) week year, as defined by the collective bargaining agreement.  The Counselor’s work schedule will be determined for the academic year by the Vice President of Student Affairs taking into primary consideration efficient service to students, with the goal of establishing a work schedule which most effectively serves their needs.  Initial appointment does not exceed the fifth step of the scale at the appropriate degree level.

General Description:  Assists students to establish academic and career goals and an action plan to complete their goals.   Provides non-acute personal counseling services, making referrals as needed.  Works within the Guided Pathways approach.  Assists students with enrollment, to include selection of classes, career exploration, financial aid, and transfer and degree completion strategies. Some evening hours may be required
