Address and phone number changes are made online by logging into the Registration Module using your NCMC ID number and pin.  Once logged into the Registration Module:

1.    Click on Personal Info

2.    Click on Update

3.    Fill in appropriate fields

4.    Click on green Update in lower right corner

5.    You will see a confirmation of submitted change
