The hours for Summer Book Buy Back will be:

Thursday, July 24,  9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday, July 25,  9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

**A photo ID will be required at Buy Back**

MBS, our textbook wholesaler performs Buy Back for the College Store. They
may purchase books for their inventory at market value if the book is not
needed for our inventory. Feel free to bring all of your books to Buy Back,
you may make some extra cash.

Textbooks for the Fall semester will go on sale Monday, August 4.

Fall and Winter Hours
Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday - 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Books and supplies can be purchased with cash, check, money order and credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). A student must register for classes before buying books. For more information, contact the North Central Michigan College Store:

Book Purchases
Students purchasing textbooks should have the course numbers and section of the classes they are taking. Textbooks will be on sale for approximately six (6) weeks from the start of the Fall and Winter semester and two (2) weeks for the Summer Semester. The College Store can ship pre-paid orders via UPS (No COD's), a shipping charge will be added to the balance due.

Book Return & Class Cancellation
Textbooks may be returned during the schedule adjustment period for the semester. The adjustment period for Fall and Winter - first two weeks of the semester, Summer - 1st week of the semester.

The College Store will give full value if the following conditions are met: 
1. Books are returned with College Store cash register receipts, and
2. Books are returned within the first two weeks of school Fall and Winter Semester, first week of the Summer Semester, and
3. Books are in the same condition as when purchased, as determined by the College Store, and
4. Books are purchased at the College Store during the current semester.

NOTICE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHOUT A COLLEGE STORE CASH REGISTER RECEIPT. IF YOU PURCHASED WITH A CREDIT CARD, YOU MUST HAVE THAT CREDIT CARD WITH YOU AT TIME OF RETURN.



Book Buy Back is always the last three days of the Fall and Winter semester and the last two days of the Summer semester.
No receipt is required at this time. A photo ID is required.The College Store will pay 50% of the new book price for new and used books if the following conditions are met:
1. The book is being used during the next semester, and
2. The book is needed by the College Store, and
3. The book is in condition suitable for resale, as determined by the College Store, and
4. All components of a textbook are returned together. (i.e. c.d.'s).

MBS, the College Store's textbook wholesaler, performs Buy Back for the College Store. They may purchase books for their inventory at market value, if the text is not needed for the College Store's inventory.

NOTE: Book Buy Back is provided as a service to the students but is not a guarantee that all books will be purchased.

Special Orders
The Bookstore staff will special order single copies of any book available. No additional charge is made for this service.
