MICHIGAN VETERAN EDUCATION INITIATIVE

Veterans at North Central Michigan College have access to a new program launched by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency and the Michigan College Access Network, called the Michigan Veteran Education Initiative. It is expected that 30,000-50,000 veterans will leave the military and transition to Michigan in the next five years. North Central is taking the necessary steps to increase knowledge regarding veterans and their family members on campus in order to maintain an environment conducive for success.
