Required Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED.  Sound conflict resolution skills; Trained in CPR, AED, First Aid, and blood-borne Pathogens. (training may be provided upon hire) Basic computer skills and telephone etiquette. Self-starter, self-motivated and proactive. Ability to manage and lead. Able to lift 10 lbs. or more regularly and up to 50 lbs. or more on occasion. Decisive and solutions orientated.  Able to work in fast-paced environments.  Flexible and willingness to work as part of a team is a must.

The shift leader acts as quality control and is responsible for on-site supervision of the fitness facilities, student workers, and patrons. Applicants must be dependable and self-organized.  Excellent customer service skills preferred to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, safe and enjoyable environment for Student Community Resource Center participants.  14-28 hours per week available for candidates who have the ability to be flexible working irregular schedules, including the ability to work nights and some holidays.

Master Degree in Nursing, current Michigan nursing license, three (3) years experience teaching nursing including clinical and classroom instruction, strong knowledge background in Medical-Surgical Nursing, three (3) years full-time clinical experience with direct patient contact, back ground knowledge of classroom and student assessment, ability to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience in Community College or University settings. Maternal Child Health experience. Experience with simulation; utilizing high-fidelity nursing education, curriculum development experience, familiarity with and use of collaborative learning techniques, and on-line teaching experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments in regional clinical sites, awareness of current trends/issues related to the profession, and active in community and professional organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or equivalent knowledge base. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and communication. Experience in digital marketing with hands-on practice using Google Analytics, AdWords, Social Media and Content Management Systems or relevant work experience and/or subject matter expertise. Excellent written, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Computer proficiency, including advanced skills in MS Office software (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint), required. Experience managing social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, required, with demonstrated experience using social media tools in a professional setting.

Preferred QualificationsFull Needs to have the ability to adapt communications styles and tones for different audience groups and respond to media requests in place of Director.

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Services or demonstrated capacity to complete such a degree by September, 2019.  Three (3) years of management experience in a Library/Media Center.  Excellent written and oral communications skills.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience assisting faculty in curriculum or instructional design capacity (using “ADDIE” or other rubrics) across multiple learning management platforms.  Experience managing/teaching in a Technology Enabled Active Learning (TEAL) lab.  Experience writing and publishing “LibGuides” in a community college environment.
