North Central Michigan College announces summer hours for the business and administrative offices, library, fitness center, gym and book store, starting Monday, May 7.

North Central administrative and business offices, including student services and Learning Support Services, are open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. until noon. These hours are in effect until Monday, August 20 when regular business hours resume. Tutoring is available over the summer per student request at LSS, and via the Net Tutor link in Brightspace.

The Library at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey will close on May 7 until June 3, reopening on June 4.  Hours for June 4 – July 27 are Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. – noon.  Please note that the Library is closed on July 4.  On July 30, the Library will be closed through August 26, open August 27-31 for shortened hours and closed September 1-3. Regular hours resume September 4. Please visit the Library website ( for a complete schedule.

Summer hours for the fitness center and gym in the Student and Community Resource Center are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.  The gym will be closed on Sundays starting May 6 through September 3. Regular hours resume September 4.

The College Store hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Friday 8:30 a.m. until noon.  Regular hours resume on Monday, August 21.

The Iron Horse Café will be open Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for soup and salad beginning May 7 – August 17.
