Required Qualifications:  Experiences and credentials appropriate to maintain and drive the Fab Lab – CDL Class A.   Familiarity with CNC equipment and/or manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrate a sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse cultural and ethnic background of staff and students.  Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.  Familiarity with technology beyond CNC, initiative, integrity, knowledge of and commitment to the community college mission.

Drives the Mobile Digital Fab Lab to various locations across northern Michigan based on the schedule developed by the Directors of the Fab Lab and Corporate and Community Education division.  Assists the Director of the Fab Lab in the set-up and packing of the trailer at each location.  Assists the Director of the Fab Lab in maintaining and troubleshooting all equipment and facilities related to the Mobile CNC Manufacturing Training Lab.  Coordinates the deployment of the Mobile CNC Manufacturing Training Lab between credit-based and workforce development assignments.  This includes identification of the appropriate routes, parking, power, etc.  Works with the Director of the Fab Lab in representing the college in demonstrations of the Mobile lab at area events and assists in the recruitment of students for the program.  Conducts self in a professional manner promoting statesmanship with subordinate employees, other managers, faculty and other employees, students, local community members and related representatives and visitors.

The Food Service Baker will work independently to provide all (from scratch) baked goods as directed by the Director of Food Service and Conference Center.  The expectation will be quality baked goods in an economical fashion, in a timely manner.

The Food Service Set-Up Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of food service staff, particularly in the area of coordinating room set ups for functions.  Responsible for studying event schedules in advance and maintaining communication with Director and Assistant to the Director of Food Service and Conference Center to arrange chair/table/equipment set up and tear down, and communicating those schedules to student employees.

Assists the Librarian with overall management of the library.  Duties include: daily library operations, purchasing of books, journals and multimedia items. Aid in the accessibility of all information both physical and virtual. Keep statistical and budgetary records. Off Campus Academic Advisor for the Gaylord and Cheboygan offices.  Based in the Gaylord Office, Advisor will have office hours in both locations (12 hours/week at each location).  Assists student to establish academic and career goals and an action plan to complete their goals.  Assists students with enrollment, to include selection of classes, career exploration, financial aid, transfer and degree completion strategies.  This is a 24 hour/week position with travel to Cheboygan office and some evenings maybe required.
