Position: 

Full-time Coordinator of Emergency Medical Services / American Heart Association Training Site

Salary/Wage Range:

$38,500 - $45,000

Required Qualifications:

Holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited program in one of the allied health disciplines; holds a valid Michigan EMS Paramedic Instructor-Coordinator license; has experience necessary to provide proper oversight to clinical training programs in Emergency Medical Services and American Heart Association training courses.

General Description

Provides management and direction to all assigned activities within the Emergency Medical Services and American Heart Association training programs.  Supervises, evaluates, recognizes, disciplines and develops EMS and AHA staff in accordance with North Central Michigan College’s objectives, goals, policies, procedures and practices.  Conducts self in a professional manner promoting statesmanship with subordinate employees, other managers, faculty and other employees, students, local community members, and related representatives and visitors.

College Readiness Coach (Part-time 20 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

The College Readiness Coach helps the Director of Student Outreach and Engagement provide a pathway to college for all high school graduates within North Central's service area and assists students in being college-ready. Academic advising and presentations to new students are required. 20 hours/ week with travel to designated high schools and some evenings required.

Responsibilities

The Line Cook is responsible for prepping the grill area (keeping all relevant food product available for short order food production), doing basic short order cooking (burgers, sandwiches, fries), and customer service at the register.
