Off campus catered events will be charged an additional service fee.

Breakfast

The Continental

Fresh seasonal fruit, Chef’s choice of breakfast sweet treat (muffins, coffee cake or pastries), Toast or Bagels served with butter and cream cheese. Juice, Coffee or Tea
 

The Sunrise

Fluffy scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and ham with toast and coffee cake (or other sweet treat). Juice Coffee or Tea

 

The Health Nut

Steel cut oats or oatmeal, simmered with brown sugar and a variety of dried fruits and nuts. Juice, Coffee or Tea
 

Coffee Service

When you would like just coffee, tea or milk.

Lunch

Cobb Salad

Mixed Greens, Chicken, Ham, Boiled Eggs, Onion, Cheese, Peppers, Broccoli, Bacon, Tomatoes & Mushrooms. Served with assorted dressings and bread

Mixed Greens, Chicken, Dried Cherries, Mozzarella Cheese, Pecans, Red Onion & our House Made Raspberry Vinaigrette. Served with bread

North Central does not provide, serve, or sell alcoholic beverages.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from an outside vendor.

 

BARTENDER

One per 100 guest.
$18 - $20 per hour.
½ hour set-up and ½ hour clean up.
Two hour minimum.

Only North Central approved bartenders may be used.
Payment made directly to bartenders by cash or check at end of function.
