Friday: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday (starting October 4, 2025): 10 a.m. — 5 p.m.

Student Services & Financial Aid, Counseling, Advising, and Veteran Services: Help is available to all students. Drop-ins are welcome during office hours.

College Store: Offers textbook rental and used books at the store site in the SCRC and online at ncmichshop.com. The store also sells clothing, mugs, water bottles, and other supplies.

Your Library is the hub for all of your research needs, offering reference support, a comfortable place to study, access to technology and printing, and academic content including books, journals, streaming video, and more.

The Tutoring and Testing Center provides free tutoring for students, Learning and Math labs, Starfish Student Success support, free study skills resources and mentoring, proctoring and testing services (within 24 hours’ notice until 5 p.m.). The Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan (WRCNM) office is also located in this area.

Holiday Hours
For the Thanksgiving Holiday (November 27, 2025) the College will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday November 26 and remain closed through Sunday November 30, 2025.
For the year-end holidays and break, the College will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23 and will remain closed Dedember 24-January 2, 2026.
The SCRC Gym and Fitness Center hours during the holiday break are:
- Closed Saturday - Sunday December 20-21
- Open Monday - Wednesday December 22-24 from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Closed Thursday - Sunday December 25 - 28
- Open Monday - Wednesday December 12/29-12/31 from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Closed Thursday - Sunday January 1-4, 2026
- Regular hours resume on Monday, January 5, 2026
