When should you prepare a functional resume? What about a combination resume? Should you include a resume in several media formats? The answers vary depending on the individual, their experience, education, skills and the specific position for which they are applying.

Employers only give approximately six seconds of attention to a potential employee's resume. If they are impressed after that, they will give it another look. In today's times, it's likely that only a computer will look at it and if it doesn't pass the digital keyword requirements, it may never even be seen by human eyes.
