Five (5) years of applicable experience in grant writing, training, or workshop management.
Ability to develop and implement training / workshop programs and events. Knowledge of instructional best practices, data gathering and input to technical systems, classroom technology needs, software knowledge, and instructional experience. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Works with CCE Director to develop, administer and deliver corporate and community education training and informational workshops. Assists in writing grants as required and maintains positive relationships with all businesses and individuals on CCE - provided services. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Sound conflict resolution skills; Trained in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Blood borne Pathogens. (training may be provided upon hire) Basic computer skills and telephone etiquette. Self-starter, self-motivated and proactive. Ability to manage and lead. Able to lift 10 lbs. or more regularly and up to 50 lbs. or more on occasion. Decisive and solutions orientated. Able to work in fast-paced environments. Flexible and willingness to work as part of a team is a must.
Shift is primarily weekends 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (14 – 28 hours per week).
The weekend shift leader acts as quality control and is responsible for on-site supervision of the fitness facilities, student workers, and patrons. Applicants must be dependable and self-organized. Excellent customer service skills preferred to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, safe and enjoyable environment for Student Community Resource Center participants. 14-28 hours per week available for candidates who have the ability to be flexible working irregular schedules, including the ability to work nights and some holidays.

Three (3) years of progressive Foundation leadership experience and demonstrated success in managing a comprehensive fundraising program or equivalent experience. Proven track record of successful fundraising in an educational or nonprofit setting desired. Exhibits strong skills in leadership, communication, customer and student focus, building relationships, organization and planning.
